• This is where you will type your text.  To start, you drag an element from the left hand side panel to this box.  For instance, here I dragged over the "Text" box.
• To insert a photo, drag over the "Image" box and place it where you want it to go - you can create a hyper link if you want it to link somewhere (i.e. Lee or Rowe, etc.) and you can also resize it as well.
• For multiple images, you could choose Gallery or Slideshow if you prefer. 
• At the bottom left, there is a Flickr badge that may be helpful if that is where all of your photos are...
